RedLine Custom Shop
Anything made in my own shop, using my original RedLine machinery and tooling, carries the RedLine Custom Shop designation. Each piece has a distinctive mark, referenced in a Certificate of Authenticity. There is also a registry to keep things straight. Quantities are small and particular designs may or may not ever be repeated.

Just imagine if a 26" RedLine Mono-Shock was suddenly discovered and my dad said, "oh yeah, I forgot all about that, but I made it". I'd want to see what that looked like, wouldn't you? One wasn't and he didn't, but how cool that would be? So, I make a few in my shop with input from my dad on how he would he have done it back then. That's a RedLine Custom Shop project.
RedLine Deep V handlebars, the ones with nickel plating and no knurling are really tough to find. And rightly so, they're very expensive! I made some in my shop using the bender that bent them and the air actuated welding jig used to assemble them - 50 YEARS AGO. Then, I finish welded them myself using tig welding technique taught to me by my father. Lastly, they got a fresh coat of nickel, right here in the USA. They look and feel original in every way and have a pedigree that's tough to beat. That's a RedLine Custom Shop project.

RedLine Double Clamp Stems are always sought after and hold value extremely well, as anyone looking for one can attest. I made a small run of the Gen 1.5 version with machined clamps. Quill tubes were turned on the 1942 South Bend and the wedge angle was milled on the Aizpurua mill from the earliest days of RedLine. As were the angle and miter on the support tubes. Then, I tig welded them up nicely. That's a RedLine Custom Shop project.
I could go on, but you get the idea. This is what I LOVE to do! I very much appreciate the opportunity to do it. Thank you.
